Just got off the phone with the OPC and they confirmed my suspicion. Your new result supersedes prior results. So there is definitely potential to loose a talent pool position with one TOC whilst trying to reach a higher level with another TOC. Christ, you all obviously know the amount of work...

I have passed everything to EMR standard but we did not take the test for DFFT I have been told to qualify for WMR I will need to resist the tea occ and take the DFFT. I have been assured that I will only need to sit those tests and not all of them. I have got the email so that’s some proof...

Think it is an enhanced test, I didn’t do it for EMR. mixed bag then, some say the practice material was good, some say crap

Hi everyone Has anyone from the autumn 2018 application for derby/notts trainee Depot Driver talent pool heard anything at all in recent days/weeks from the recruitment team?

I applied in October 2018, passed everything and pit in the talent pool by July 2019. I’m still in it, very difficult to sit tight and carry on as normal and wait for a possible phone call from the toc. So much went in to getting into the talent pool.

I’m still in the fire service also. Put the talent pool and possible job offer to the back of my mind. Anything can happen in the meantime especially with the consequences that covid 19 could pose, so best not whittling about it. Gave it my best shot so fingers crossed.

Stage 2 is situational judgement and a moving a ball around a course with hand controls test and a test to acknowledge a difference in the colour of a square. Not tests that can be done at home. Are you sure ?

well that’s why then! Because it was a stage two test. Never heard of stage testing being done online, if that was failed the. That’s one of the two strikes and couldn’t be re sat for 6 months

no way really? The tests are completely different to that of stage 1 and 2 though
