I made the mistakes on the symbols - I only know, because it tells you. I could have made errors on the track side (i was aware of one possible one), but it doesn't tell you if you make a mistake so I could have made many!
I think I made around 5 or 6 mistakes in the 3rd part and I passed. But it is hard to remember - I was trying to forget the mistakes as soon as I made them so I didn't get distracted!

This link indicates what tests are done...
Sorry, I may not have been clear. I think Arriva do extra tests to OPC, so that’s what you have to do with stage 1. I think if you have done OPC tests and passed, you don’t need to redo them.
Have you completed stage 1 with Arriva before? If so, contact them and ask which tests you are resitting. If not, then I wonder if stage 1 are bespoke to Arriva in which case you would need to do them all?
If Stage 1 is the same as last year, it does not include the VSE. The VSE seems to have been added this time as part of the sifting process before getting to stage 1, which it wasn’t previously. According to the website, VSE is usually stage 2, so perhaps it will be done again then or not at...
I got sent some practice materials for the VSE that you print out and do on paper. I didn’t find it helpful because the test is online.
In terms of practice with the tests they give you when you login...I’m not sure if you can practice and then log out. I just did it all in one go. Sorry I can’t...
You can request practice materials for the VSE, but to be honest I didn’t find them helpful - the practice tests they give you before you take the actual test are much more useful!
Yeah, that sounds about the same as me. I think I made one mistake on part 2, and then around 5 or 6 on part two. Not a clue what they are looking for though so no idea if that is good or bad!
