Thanks for the comcments.
I did not list FGW 143s as I believed that "visitbristol" was a livery version. Now added.
Thameslink silver and 319010 had been updated on thejunction or abrail, or a yahoo group.
If you can give a set number, I will add it.
“Class 313” has listed the FCC liveries for Classes 313, 317, 319. It has jolted me to create this thread as a countdown for the operators who have almost completed the change of livery.
These lists are for FCC and FGW . ATW now completed...
"samj" reports on the northernrailways forum that NXEC 43312 is in NX livery - photographed at Kings Cross. It had been at Loughborough for mtu engine fitting.
thejunction.co.uk notes that XC 170398 is also reliveried.
Thanks so far for the tips. On which web site are the 11 pound singles please?
In Kent, the destination is Sissinghurst Garden near Staplehurst Station.
Staplehurst is a 19.90 cheap day return - seems to be the answer!!
Thanks for your help.
I will be visiting England for 3 months from April and be staying in Windsor.
I think that I should visit Cardiff for the day - and take a day tripper into Wales to see some local countryside (and ride some trains!!).
Can anyone give any suggestions for anything better than a Cheap Day...
Added for XC - 170105 is at Marcroft.
Added details for NEEA launch - relivery for 317506 & 360115. Next week 156419 should be in for relivery.
Added London Midland 350104/112/115 (confirmed on fotopic site).
From NorthernRailways forum, advises XC 220025 is in XC livery.
Andrew on the Multiple Units Yahoo group advises that London Midland 323201 has gone into Wolverton for rebranding.
LM are in the relivery lead and up to their 3rd class of train!
Any info on XC 170102 - been at Marcroft for over a month - a release date?
The reference to 306 was from a week ago when an unidentified unit was seen at Craigentinny.
The words Quite strange as this isn`t an MTU fitted powercar. refer to 43039. Sorry for any confusion in the cut and paste!!
This is the second unit to be repainted at Craigentinny. So far others...
RailTalk magazine suggests that a class 317 is at Ilford for repaint into NX livery and that it is in the 317501-515 (one livery) or 317881-892 (Stansted Express livery).
Can anyone reduce the range: eg 317/5 or 317/8 or give further clarification please?
From the scot-rail forum, Scott as sa56009 reports:
43039 is the powercar inside Craigentinny SDD for repainting
into National Express livery this should be due out in about
2 weeks time.
As with 43306 the only identification is on the plaque on the outside
of the vestibule end door...
