Still heard nothing back which is strange because their initial responses were quick, day after. I suppose they could now be sifting through the majority of applicants and these things take time. Although maybe I should think about embracing the inevitable.
What are the stage 1 tests? The online test (sjt) or the written/computer tests? (tea occ etc.)

I attached my CV to my application but always wondered if this was a must. My CV is slightly out of date but i generally still use it on the off...
Been sent an email about completing the online assessment. (although not sure about how people have been given a score on their app as i haven't been given one) Likewise completed previous assessments with another TOC does this mean i should complete the online assessment which of course is fine...
Hi guys, just put my application in. Put Bishop Stortford and/or Liverpool Street for preferred depots. i take it the hour rule will be enforced! How long did you have to wait before being invited to do online tests?
I've also passes all assessments with another TOC enhanced but was unsuccessful at the dmi. I've always hoped that when reapplying it was just the case of having an interview. I've yet to hear anything back from Arriva but by the sounds of it almost everyone on here is in the same boat. It can't...
If you say you have previously applied you can't continue. If I was to go back and say no, to complete the application obviously I run the risk of having my application thrown out straight away but is it worth just putting it in anyway? On the off chance it might get through the initial shift?
I applied in October and was unsuccessful and one of the first questions is have your applied before in the last 6 months? Is it worth applying anyway?
I don't meet the criteria of living within 5 miles but might apply anyway. Is the rule that rigid? Some TOCs have a one hour rule some 5 miles, not too sure how strict they are?
Great message there OP, i too am on the same journey although have been trying for only 1 year at the moment! I've previously passed TRP 1 and TRP 2 also with another TOC and unfortunately failed the DMI. Obviously this is logged on a national data base and hopefully puts me in good stead with...
Shall I go for the Lego Millennium Falcon or maybe something a bit more original? Lego train set? Hope I can follow the simple assembly instructions!
Just sent my application off now. Might of went over tad with the word limit on my cover letter. Can't wait to play Lego with Richard Branson in my assessment :lol:

I've also passed all assessments with another TOC (apparently above national...
I've recently applied to Southern and am waiting to hear back from them. I'm also interested in what people are thinking at the moment at the moment about the company as a whole and what it's possibly like to work for them. Patters when did you apply btw and how was the application process (what...
That's not too bad then, those talent pool sounded terrible. I've previously passed all assessments with MTR so I'm hoping (finger crossed) I'll just have the dmi waiting for me.
Reading some of the other posts on here there appears to be quite a wait for many people in terms of hearing back from HR especially at GTR. Even if successful many are left in 'talent pools' for possibly years before hearing back about medical and/or contracts. It seems like a overly long...
