    Turbos arent cleared past Exeter so the only option is 158s for the Southwest and Turbos for Cardiff - Portsmouth

    I have also heard that the 3 car 158s will be reformed into 2 car units? It would make sense as GWR want to run 4 car 158s between Penzance and Cardiff.
