    What that doesn’t say is, the CBI overwrites the MMI. Also “you may be asked to resit group bourdon” if you pass you pass it won’t become a fail. Ie if I passed last time to standard and resit with avanti to gain enhanced and get standard again. It’s still a pass!

    These aren’t your psychometrics. They simply to whittle down the numbers. I’ve taken these tests 5 times already!

    A friend of mine started with a TOC last year and a few on the course didn’t have it. They put them through functional skills in order to meet the criteria. Hope this helps.

    It’s because it’s an apprenticeship. You have to meet the criteria for government funding but it’s my understanding that the TOC will put you through this if successful.

    The 6 months is just Avanti. You can apply for as many as you like. Your psychometric results go on the database for the rest to see.
