I have noticed how scruffy and shabby they appear. A Meridian has a replacement door in RED which has been in place for at least a couple of months. No pride seemingly.

You would have thought they would have a couple ready for the launch. Poor show otherwise. Just saying.

Does anyone have any details of the 2 '800' type units plying the Midland Mainline in Leicestershire. One seemed to be in dark blue and the other similar but with various coloured stripes along the coaches. I have seen them flashing past from my window a number of times in both directions? Many...
