I certainly would if I wanted a seat and had any luggage which I want to keep in sight. Even a small case will not fit on the overhead rack on a Voyager. I do everything I can to avoid travelling on a Voyager when I have luggage.

I completely agree. The Museum and Heritage Centre next to the station is also a wonderful place to visit. The actual village of Amberley, quite a distance from the station, is also worth visiting. It’s around 10 years since I was last in the area and is somewhere I must return to.

I completely agree it’s totally outrageous. It’s currently cloudy and just 17C here in Nottinghamshire. It’s not expected to get above 24C this afternoon but EMR are cancelling all trains between Nottingham, Mansfield and Worksop from 12 noon due to “forecasted severe weather”.
