How do you think you got on? I found it a very comfortable and relaxed setting which allowed for me to put my personality across somewhat. Just hoping the competencies were hit with my answers.

The MMI is a competency based interview conducted by an external agency who will assess your personality and experience with that required for the role of a train driver. They won't be asking you questions on Chiltern. If you look in the forum there is a whole section on the MMI.

just found out this morning that I have been invited for a line manager interview after attending stage 2 tests a couple of weeks back! Anybody else heard back?

There wasn't one specifically on problem solving from what I remember.

Expected to hear back within 10 working days regarding the MMI. Everybody on my session passed the computer based tests.

Each to their own I guess. I see what you're saying about the skill tests but with regards to the MMI, for me I would prefer time to plan some responses based on what I think I would be asked in order to give the best possible answers. Certainly wouldn't consider making anything up.

I was informed on the 27th March that I'd passed stage one and invited to stage two on the 30th March! Not much notice at all. It was clarified after someone asked before the test started on the 16th. They were ALL restaurants on one and ALL plumbers on the other. Just a case of circling the double symbols so you could effectively disregard the name of the company.

Found out that I have been invited for an assessment centre in Aylesbury having applied on the basis that there would be positions opening up at Moor Street or Stourbridge (which it did say in the initial application). They really haven't given us much time to prepare for the assessments, just...
