    The MMI is a competency based interview conducted by an external agency who will assess your personality and experience with that required for the role of a train driver. They won't be asking you questions on Chiltern. If you look in the forum there is a whole section on the MMI.

    Expected to hear back within 10 working days regarding the MMI. Everybody on my session passed the computer based tests.

    Each to their own I guess. I see what you're saying about the skill tests but with regards to the MMI, for me I would prefer time to plan some responses based on what I think I would be asked in order to give the best possible answers. Certainly wouldn't consider making anything up.

    It was clarified after someone asked before the test started on the 16th. They were ALL restaurants on one and ALL plumbers on the other. Just a case of circling the double symbols so you could effectively disregard the name of the company.
