I also got invited to the assessment centre this Thursday by both email and post. After duly accepting I received a further email today saying that I had been invited by error and had not been shortlisted therefore wasn't required.... Now that sucks :roll:

Mate, just be yourself! If you didn't feel a little bit anxious there would probably be something wrong. The only thing for your first day i would say is don't be late and polish your shoes. First impressions last. Most of all, enjoy yourself. Congratulations and good luck on your role

Just a thought! When calling people forward for assessments, do they do it on the depot you are looking at working at? For instance, Peak Forest, Tyne Yard, Westbury or Bristol etc?

After completing the online application and assessments, if successful you will be invited for a telephone interview in the first instance, which lasts about 30 - 45 minutes. This was the process for me. I'm still waiting to find out if my application is going any further or not...
