Ok, so not a guaranteed job just a push to the front of the papershift... So if you pay to do the test do you still not have to do the TOC's enhanced version of the some of the test's? I remember during my process having to do the standard Group Bourdon Test as well as an enhanced version...

Answer I think not.... But i have a friend who applied and did not hear back from appication stage. He is now paying to take the tests privately, i know there is a company that does this but dont really know anyhing about it all... So basically he knows a driver (I'll leave out specifics)...

Just re read my email from FCC HR and nowhere did it mention 6 months and then to reapply as and when a vacancy is advertised... It says "We appreciate that you may be disappointed by this news and would like to assure you that your application will be kept on file for the next intake...

That doesn't sound too promising! I'm in the same position, thought once you were on the list having passed everything that was it until a course/medical date came through??

Definitely recommend Bopit xtreme, was a brain ache for first couple of days but once you get the hang of it, it's a big help.

Hi there! I played a lot of Bopit before my tests as preparation, others say playing things such as Playstation etc can help. Everything on the day will be explained fully and you get 2 practice goes on the reaction test the centre staff were nice, but depending on when you get your turn...

Makes things a bit easier hearing from somebody in the same boat. Suppose thinking of your everyday job interview if you're told you have the job, the when can you start is up to your notice period...guess I was going in with that mind set! Still may not have to cancel holiday we have booked...
