    Thanks. I've been travelling through Preston for 40 years and never knew. 1731018582 So that's why we don't see 4 coach trains; with the last set locked out, in East Lancs anymore.

    Fair enough, that was just my guess. I'm in no way an expert. I just know that the signal at the crossing can be on green whilst the barriers are raised.
