I get the impression with a lot of people it’s less a case of not wanting to work on Sundays and more about not wanting to work overtime. If I worked at a company that had Wednesdays outside the working week, I wouldn’t want to work them either.

No. LUL is a completely different infrastructure with completely different training regimes, rules etc.

The people replying to this thread are trying to give you advice. The important thing is if you are struggling to cope with the shifts you need to listen to the advice given.
