    Yes applied for both jobs in the last month so unlikely I will get a job with GWR this year with the six month rule. I still don't know why I failed my DMI.

    Yes and been rejected from the Shunter role and a Customer Service role so starting to run out of options with GWR. I have also applied for Trainee Driver with DB Cargo at St Blazey.

    When I had my DMI they said that they just take the top 1% for the talent pool. They did say that the last talent pool at Exeter everyone was offered a job.
