it never said a salary. But from what I can make out, its trainee salary like other driving roles, but training is only 15wks. Then its around £31k when qualified. Sundays are part of the working week too
Does anybody know how the links work for Northern at Pic? I'm assuming all drivers dont do all routes straight away? I can imagine its a brilliant job with lots of variety. Would a new driver do Stoke, Crewe and Sheffield runs? Or just local ones like Glossop and Rose Hill etc???
I noticed earlier this week that Virgin were advertising for a driver trainer at Crewe. Could this mean they may soon be looking to take on trainees? Or do they need a driver trainer for existing drivers?
I was interviewed by the younger of the two women. Very uncomfortable. Told me I'd hear soon if succesful. Am not too confident myself. When i did the test at DBSchenker last time I was told as soon as interview finished that I had passed......
