GWR will probably run a reduced service like they have done before and Cross Country have already said they won't be running any trains when their drivers are on strike. But keep a eye on the different TOC's website for the latest information.
I am thinking that Eastleigh will fit the criteria. You have the line to Romsey, one towards London, one towards Portsmouth and one towards Southampton.

Yes it is. I work as a train dispatch in 3rd rail land and part of my duties is ti keep the station's I work at clean and that includes the toilets.
Before you go in for the medical they will ask you to fill out a questionnaire regarding medical history. Just put what you have said on the questionnaire to be safe.
I work for SWR and I am waiting for a guards course to start and I have been told April 2022 at the earliest. They have got to train the crew for the 701 first.
