Can't keep two Solo's on Moorclose, but we can coaches! 52635 is on 50 AND 52628 on 51 at one point this morning!

52635 did two runs around Moorclose on 50 this morning before 20910 replaced it on 1145 run. Bet that was fun...!

Nothing for the moment, there were rumours that the site had been sold to hotel chain Travelodge, but have proved inconclusive. It is a very good sizable site and has been quite an eyesore over the years, especially as one of Whitehaven's 'gateway' entrances.

Diggers were drafted in today as more of CMS Cumberland history bites the dust, as the old workshops in Whitehaven are now finally in the process of being demolished. Submission for demolition work was recently submitted by Copeland Borough Council on safety grounds. The old bus station...
