The tones.....were a killer but you really have to practise, practise....there is a programme you can buy....... Use your fingers underneath the desk that helped me........that was my hardest test .......failed it years ago but I seriously practised everyday for 6 months and Ianaged to pass it

The details are removed from the CV when you uploaded it as they do blind recruitment etc..... If you pass the CV and competencies, they then marry it up with you contact details on the form and let you know..... What is not clear is that if you did leave your contact details on your CV...

The competition is so intense for these roles, plus there will be loads internally that would have applied for these roles ...... All you can do is to keep your fingers crossed and try to remain positive....

Sounds like.....some applications have definitely been shortlisted, others have been rejected....and then there are others which are still being considered for an interview or rejection
