It was going some as it when by, but it was definitely slowing as it passed me. (Interesting OT fact it followed the same path as what I believe to be the TPO.)
Went out to watch an 800 pass Werrington junction last night, I was impressed at how quiet and stealthy it was when it went past!. Lights were really bright too.
Hi East Coast, Cross Country, Grand Central have websites where you can print your own tickets, this is only for advance tickets though, so if you want a ticket to travel on the same day, you'll have buy and collect from a ticket machine at the station.
I wouldn't mind if Nectar is introduced with a decent rate of return for money spent, it would have to be significantly better than the 2 points per £, or 500 = £2.50 for it to be worthwhile! and there must be away to redeem points to put for tickets or at least an e-voucher which can be used to...

It's the old Lincoln Road bridge which was close to traffic after a bypass was built and has been just used as a cycle path.
There's also a new footbridge at Fox Covert crossing.

Apparently there was a 47 at the Cross yesterday was this used to take it to Old Oak Common?
It's odd because they delayed the 16:01 Aberdeen service on platform 3 to allow passengers time to get off a southbound train that arrived in on platform 4.
