Despite it seeming like there is no point applying, you should always apply if that's what you want to do for work. There is no logical way to describe recruitment processes and you may be one of a hundred with the right skills for the job. The effort required to keep applying and the emotions...

I just completed the interview. 2 questions. About 20 seconds to think of your answer and 90 seconds to give the answer. It is not an easy task in my opinion and I wish they didn't use such recruitment devices - but such is life. More time to think would be much better and less to answer :)...
