Spooky. Just got a call from Rachael at DRS. Ive passed! She did make it quite clear though that they are still reviewing all the candidates so there may still not be an offer. Im over the moon that Ive passed though and will just have to keep waiting.

No word here yet either. I have been watching my phone for 13 days now. Dont think my fingers can take much more of this! I want to give HR a call but at the same time if they had any news for me they'd have called/e-mailed by now so just sitting tight and waiting.

With the interview make sure you have several examples as back up. I was asked for another example of following rules and procedures and another two examples of when Id dealt with a difficult situation. You can see how the hour will be filled up!

The e-mail from DRS says that passing the assessments doesn't automatically give you a job. All those that pass the assessments will be reviewed by DRS and another interview arranged if necessary. If you've passed but they have doubts then perhaps you'll get another interview as a final chance...

They offered me a few dates so i had the option to work around my shifts. Two dates they offered were a week apart. I chose the closest one and its about 4 weeks after the interview date. Dates i was offered were 11th or 17th september if that helps.
