I think there’s plenty out there already who do use their own cameras day in day out. I liked having a camera when I was customer facing on late shifts. It made me feel more secure especially with little back up. I do think that’s a sad reflection on society though!

I was recently told that the arrival of a dozen or so new drivers over the next year would finally end rest day working. Gave me a chuckle, as I got told the same when my cohort came through over the course of a year. We’re now similar to you, and I’m also working a rest day this week!

All regional crews are 170 trained, it would be impossible for anyone not to be now. I’m unsure why these are still at Barrow Hill I’m afraid!

I very rarely post on here now, but sat next to @Xenophon PCDGS on a service between Manchester Piccadilly and Wigan North Western today. As we’d not met before introductions were not made until he was leaving the service.
