XC cancellation - what arrangements made for passengers?
The live departure boards show XC's 15.08 Edinburgh - Plymouth, scheduled arrival time 23.45, to have been cancelled beyond Leeds due to shortage of train crew. In fact, the service appears to have been re-started from Birmingham (right time), but that would be no good to passengers already...- Bishopstone
