Wires Down Berkhamsted
Happened around lunchtime, 1M08 lost pantograph on up fast, bringing down and damaging wires and Pway, Passengers eventualy detrained from 1M08, last update I saw was the up slow was open at line speed, and the down slow with a 20MPH ESR, T3 possesion was taken of the fast lines, and may well...- daza7789

On the high level lines you get a 92 through about 1400 on 4E32, along with a flurry of 59s/66s throughout the day.
