The only consistency I can see in this pattern is that the ones who have been given an interview seem to be earlier on in the evening, the holding emails seem to have come out at 2 different times, 2010 ish and 2150 ish which makes me think groups of people.
I could (and probably am) be...
Ok, cool, thanks. So for trainee mainline drivers you'd be on the trainee wage to start with and once passed and qualified it would go up to 52-54k?
What's it like at Ipswich? I live right between the 3 so all are within a reasonable distance for me
What’s the progression like with GA, is it as soon as you qualify you become a qualified driver (and thus on the salary of one) or do you have to wait and apply to move to the qualified part of the role?
That’s a point, like I applied on the last round of applicants 3 years ago and was never contacted apart from “you’re application is still being considered and will progress when space is available”
Then about a week before these came out I was told that it would be discontinued and I had to...
I applied last night to my local depots, words weren’t forming brilliantly but who knows, see what happens I guess
I applied to two and it said nothing about it so presumably yes

Personally, nothing specific, kinda took a guess at questions which often come up in a normal interview and then if something came up then I could use it
Just done my video interview, it’s not to bad actually once you get going. Did it on my phone which worked quite well. Stumbled on one of the questions but all in all I think it went quite well
From reading on this thread, the rejection emails seem to be almost instant or within the first half an hour. Passing the 3 tests, seem to be a few hours but probably effected by the weekend
I did mine yesterday and haven’t heard anything back yet so I’m hopeful but have to wait and see
Kind of, the difference is that at the moment, the SRT have areas they cover which would be a defined area. The changes would be getting rid of that system which as someone else has mentioned could put someone who lives in far east london, could now be working in amersham at 0500 and for obvious...
Special Requirements Team - basically members of staff that cover segments of the network who help out with events/closures/extreme shortfalls in staff, sometimes at short notice. At the moment they operate in segments (north east, north west, south east etc).
Is this still open?
I found this and looks like it but may not be the same
