Try emailing them if you have a contact in HR, I did that after similar thing of phone ringing off the hook back at the start of the process.
(I only have personal email addresses from my own correspondence with them and not comfortable giving them out, just in case you ask!)

Has anyone been for the part 2 of assessments yet? Been told it will be driving licence check, simulator test and a written test, but wondering if there is also any interview or medical too?

Hey so for anyone interested I found out today that I passed the psychometrics! Beyond pleased with that. The tests were pretty nerve-wracking to say the least!!

I've been invited to an assessment evening at the end of this month for Metrolink (I applied in the latest round that closed 5th October) and have been told to expect only a "concentration test" - does anyone know which test this will likely be? Scaat/dials or a Bourdon/something else...
