I couldn't agree more, I think that they definitely need more units than that. I'd like CrossCountry to get them, as someone who has travelled on their services quite a lot, I know that they lack a lot of capacity and this could help improve it. I am unaware of final plans though.

From my understanding, the IETs will replace both the HSTs and the Class 222 Meridian units.
