Yesterday at around 1638 at Hatfield & Stainforth there was a light loco waiting at the signal heading towards Doncaster or Adwick. Looked like a 68 but not 100%, think it could've been this:

I agree. If a Pacer is attached to a compliant 150 for example surely that makes that service compliant? Or does every single carriage on the network need to have a load of seats taken out and a new toilet put in?
Is there no demand for a "proper" station/service? I would've thought with the football/cricket grounds nearby and Salford Quays not a million miles away that at least an hourly stopper if not EMT stopping there too would be a decent shout
