Keen to get some photos if the units are still there on Friday morning. Are they in the stabling point adjacent to Didcot Station, or are they further round the bend (Didcot Yard ?), in which case a Didcot to Oxford stopper would help.
Any info greatly appreciated.
Not sure how long data is held for, so here goes...
Friday 12th July 2019, I boarded the 10:56 service from Reading to Paddington. It was a class 165 unit.
From what I can see from RTT, this is service 1P23, which originates as the 09:50 from Moreton-in-Marsh to Paddington.
Many thanks.

I decided to take a trip to Barnham (BAA) on Saturday, choosing the Via London ticket, and confirming with the Routing Guide that I could travel down to Brighton from London, followed by some Class 313 action from Brighton along the West Coastway Line.
My ticket was rejected at the GX barriers...
Pleased to report all went well on Friday. I just missed the 10:44 GX service from Victoria to Brighton (having spotted Orient Express in platform 1), so when I reached the gate line my ticket was rejected.
Gate line assistant suggested I should go to another platform to get the next direct...
Thanks for all the feedback. My concern was that GX at Victoria would stop me boarding because my ticket wasn't a GX product.
Hopefully the train out of Victoria will be very lightly loaded, and at worst it'll pick up more passengers at Gatwick.
On the way back I may give Thameslink a try...
Hi,
Planning a trip from Taplow (TAP) to Brighton (BTN) on Friday 1st March. The ticket I'll be using is the Off Peak Day Return via London at £35.70
http://www.brfares.com/#faredetail?orig=TAP&dest=BTN&rte=200&ldn=1&tkt=CDR
At London Victoria, will I be allowed to use the direct Gatwick...
I wonder how split ticketing impacts the accuracy of the figures ?
For example, making a same day return journey from Slough (SLO) to Swindon (SWI) costs £33.10 with a Super Off Peak Return. However by splitting at Didcot Parkway (DID) you can get this down to £27.30 (£15.70 OP Day Return SLO...
Many thanks for the quick reply. When you say "reported elsewhere", are you referring to an alternative thread within this forum, or are there other resources/sites that I could have checked ?
Regards.

I was only able to identify the leading power car which was 43299. Can somebody please help identify the rear power...
Travelling home from York yesterday and I saw 90019 departing on a northbound service around 14:35. Looking at RTT is may well have been working 1N16 12:22 Kings Cross to Newcastle
Hello,
Having just discovered a number of old tube maps hidden away in the loft, I'm wondering if there's a definitive list of all the versions that have been printed ?

I recently tried to buy one at Taplow (now TfL managed) without success.
Although the clerk found the ticket quite easily, she was unable to issue it. She could issue GWR Rovers such as Thames Branches Day Ranger or 3/7 Day Thames Rover, but alas the WMDR would not print.
Thanks to WelshBluebird for clarifying in post #2.
With regards to how we get additional cards - we've got plenty, just that we only had a single card with us at the time of travel.
I'll make sure to take two separate cards next time we're out & about.
Hi,
We recently travelled between Hayes & Harlington and West Drayton. Without thinking, I purchased 2 x Anytime Day Singles at £3.20 each from the TVM.
Later on that evening I realised we could have made the journey for half the price if we'd used PAYG and touched in/out on the card readers...
Morning All,
Heading out onto GWR metals today to hopefully grab my last 3 GWR HST powercars for haulage.
If anybody has details of what the are allocated to today I'd very much appreciate the info:
43144
43153
43159
Regards.

Thanks for confirming.
I was hoping to ride some 345s from end to end, but have just discovered that they are not compatible with the signalling on the heathrow line - so it's 360s for the moment.
