    Is there some sort of ID card for train drivers?

    There's a Railway ID you get from your TOC, not sure if drivers have another though. Don't think anyone should post a copy either way though. Network Rail have the Sentinel card for track staff, sure that's a Smart card.

    Loco-hauled from EDB then? I have absolutely no love for Serco but this is a massive over-reaction. Sleepers failed when First had the franchise too and we didn't have this.

    Surely this story is 'Mum leaves son behind' rather than Edinburgh Trams fault. Reckon the driver should've stopped though (if he's allowed to outside a stop).

    I can't understand where a HS rail link at Bellgrove/High Street would go? Proposing to use the city union line? College Goods Yard has many new buildings on it, with much more to come in the next couple of years.

    Outrageous 'offer' from NR to staff who knock their pan in day in and out for the most part. Support whatever action they take 100%.
