It is indeed. :) The view the other way is a bit more instantly recognisable: Overall it's not a bad spot (and the view is far better than the next bridge down towards the station) but the lighting can be a challenge at times.

I have a Sigma 55-200 and it works just fine with my 350D. It's ideal for medium distance shots, and surprisingly light and compact. By contrast, the 85-400mm Tokina I use occasionally is twice the size and weighs a ton (that one has its own tripod mount, which is a bit of a giveaway...).
