Don't wake up too late on your lates and rest days, keep your meal times consistent. Swinging your wakeup time from 1100 to 0300 in a few days messes up your circadian rhythm as does erratic meal times.
Also avoid alcohol which messes with your sleep architecture.

I went from Armed Forces to train driver, have you put your notice in? My advice use you home address, check the forums and job sites daily, research the process, keep applying if you are not successful.
Automation could easily be done now, the costs are just too high eg 1. uprading the infrstucture 2. uprading the trains which is far less complicated than driverless cars.
I applied in December, was interviewed in January and was offered a position in January. I think as I had passed the psychometrics and had a short notice period was an advantage in being offered a course quickly.
I received my Northern Privilege and ID card today and need to travel to Leeds on monday for the first day of training, does anyone know if I can use this on TPE services?
