Unfortunately, neither of those trains are available at the moment, and probably never will, because of the site that was developing them closing down. There is a BVE2 version of the 1967 stock available here though. At present there are no versions of the 2009 stock available to download.
you have to change the track type from 'Mainline' to 'yard' in the fly out box on the right hand side of the screen when you choose the type of track you want.

The only atlas I have that covers disused lines as well as current lines is the London Railway Atlas- Ian Allan, but obviously, that only covers the London Area, but it does give all the disused lines and station as well as ones that are still in use
