Smethwick to New Street is my usual 196 commute :) I haven’t been on a /0 once. Though I had 102 the other day, and the ride quality was noticeably terrible, worse than any other 196s

Just my personal experience, of both 195 and 331s. Absolutely rapid acceleration, horrible bumpy ride quality and very uncomfortable seats

The cup holders at every seat were a neat addition, but the refurbished interior will be most welcome on the /1s
