Hi Just tried to buy two Anytime Singles at 2.45pm from Hassocks to Brighton. The TVM gave a total of 9.60 without the railcard and 26.00 with. What did I do wrong?? Thanks!

(Apologies if this is in the wrong forum) Wanted to ask about forumites experiences buying digital railcards. Bought one this afternoon. Never got the download code to add it to the app on my phone. Go to the website and it shows "Ordered" but clicking Manage Digital Devices just shows an error...

Why is this platform divided by such a long length of sturdy fence? I don't recall seeing a similar arrangement elsewhere on the network.

In my view the whole thing should be converted to guided busway and then it could seamlessly be integrated with Southern Vectis. Imagine the delights of a smooth, quick journey between Ryde Pierhead and Shanklin with onward journies to Ventnor and West Wight. It could be dewightful !

Don't class 700s have "sensitive edge" technology to deal with trapped objects? I can understand how an interlock can be achieved even with something stuck in, but I had thought this was mitigated by the use of "sensitive edge" technology.

Don't know, but I suppose if the peak LBG trains return to Southern, TLR could still run 1 or 2 services from EGR as well. If they ran semi-fast in the manner of the Uckfield trains then this would certainly be welcomed by the commuters I'm sure. If they failed to run then at least the slower...
