What would be the best split for me travelling on a priv from either Euston or Watford to Glasgow Central, preferably using off-peak / super off-peak combinations where possible?

Is it just me or are more and more dependants trying to abuse their boxes by 'forgetting' to fill them in, altering dates and then getting stroppy or abusive when challenged? I've had them claim that they 'don't have to fill them in' if they're making short journeys and I even had one accuse...
