Intel cannot change their speeds as their multipliers x FSB = their processing speed. IE FSB of 200Mhz and a multiplier of 14 and 512kb cache will give you an Intel P4 2.8GHz CPU!

AMD does not have a clock speed ;) The number in the model is the speed IE 3200+ = 3.2GHz 3400+ = 3.4GHz 4800+ = 4.8GHz etc etc. And by the way, AMD have improved a lot since a long time ago.

AM3 is compatable with AM2 according to rumors also. Intergrated graphics are complete crap, they use the processor on running it, where dedicated graphics have their own CPU giving the CPU less to do so you can have higher graphics.
