Do Cardiff Bus use the same software? A journey I looked up a couple of weeks ago only gave the day ticket price and not the single fare. A return trip would be capped at that day ticket price but some people do make single journeys.
Attached is a picture of the 'double lock' sticker applied to Premier Inn rooms. This one in the very recently opened Premier Inn Manchester Northern Quarter - just a couple of minutes from Shudehill.
Picture shows the internal door hand with a sticker stating "turn to double lock".
For this specific case, not many. Just the four this time around. Of interest is that the case was continued 'for a different sheriff' on 7 August and here we are on the 20th with the same case listed for the same sheriff.
To take the caption text below the video clip in the BBC article:
Really?
If someone doesn't get fresh orange juice with their breakfast, it's not a CEO matter.
If a serious sexual assault takes place it should be straight up the management chain very quickly indeed. I would suggest this case...
I stayed in a Premier Inn earlier this week and there was a sticker on the inside of the door, above the lock, pointing out the deadlock and to turn the knob to use it*.
I haven't seen this before.
*Not the exact wording!

Not to victim blame but there are people who don't lock...
I've had a delve.
The feature appears in the same 'menu' as that to turn off alerts.
On mine:
Settings
Notifications
Emergency Alerts
Emergency Alert History
As an aside, it lists 'extreme alerts' (extreme threat to life and property) and 'severe alerts' (severe threats to life and property)...
Did everyone get the verbal version as well as the text? I can't remember what happened with the test message.
Secondly, surely it would be better if the message stayed on the phone for future re-reading. Especially if it has links to more detailed information, numbers to call etc. You could...
Go to 32°49'43.6"N 13°06'41.5"E on Google and click on the label 'DSB IC4 i Libyen', a historical landmark it says!
The link shows a four-car multiple unit.
For reasons I wouldn't know, the tourist hotspot of Penrhiwceiber is having a toilet installed. The locals view, talking between themselves, was that it would spend most of its time out of order.
I wasn't taking detailed notes, but if I recall correctly:
Treorchy toilet was under construction...
I admire your enthusiasm and that of the promoters. I wish it every success but cannot bring myself to accept that it will not simply die a death by a thousand tweakings and cuts over the five year period and then mostly disappear. The 65/66 was hourly for a while from Buxton. There was an...
As a tangent to routeing and timing.
Will they provide decent waiting facilities? By which I mean a seat that you can actually sit on, comfortably, for up to an hour. Rather than those non-parallel bars which are designed to perch on but are pretty uncomfortable even for that. Plus a shelter...
I do think that is part of their strategy.
Throw enough mud and some of it may stick. Or at least get overlooked and not responded to.
Also lots of overlapping issues, multiple cases involving the same individuals, sometimes as pursuant, others as defendant. Then the other way round. Issues...
Boundaries as far as Station Cottage goes - seem to be a complete mess, having randomly changed over the years. The latest title registered for Station Cottage is what it is unless someone disputes it.
Ownership of the platform, railway line to who knows how far - seems to have been settled by...
But remains the legal way to achieve the result requested. Or as has been said by others, obtain an upgrade between the Advance fare already paid and the cheapest walk-up fare for the journey actually undertaken.
In response to @WelshBluebird, yes, £385m in total.
Then, quoting and correcting myself!
The Spending Review last year allocated a large sum of money for rail projects. The BBC article, published on 10 June 2025 doesn't entirely make sense as it states £445m over 10 years then lists three...
Wasn't it just start up money?
My notes have "£2.7m from the UK government to start the process of adding 5 new stations on the SWML between Cardiff & Severn Tunnel Junction". But I don't have the source to hand. Five 170m (8 x 20m) island platforms will cost a little bit more than £2.7m. Doubt...
Someone needs to teach them!
Now the Government has granted free travel throughout August. An opportunity to be taught / learn themselves.
Last night I had to suffer a giggle/gaggle of early teenage girls group dancing and singing in the wheelchair / pram area whilst the bus was moving, this...
