Ticket Office staff get this day in day out. And the verbal abuse we get for making people join the queue is disgraceful. So- sorry, that one doesn't rub off on me.

Groupsave wouldn't necessarily be good for peak time travel. If it's 10 days it might be worth considering a mixture of daily tickets and a 7 day season. Presumably they will leave early morning and return in the evening?
