Hello there. I saw your thread about our son who committed fare evasion. I too got caught for the same as your son, for the exact same reason to save £3. I just wanted to ask what was the outcome? Did they prosecute or did they offer him a hefty fine only? I'm currently waiting on a letter from them for me to then reply my reasons for doing so, and then they take action from there. Any advice would be wonderful. Thank you.
