  • As you mentioned it was DM David cambell and other guy name Robert. Both were very nice.
Worth mentioning being SWITCHED ON this a campaign for all drivers to be switched on at work and being focused and thinking ahead, being proactive and having full concentration at all times. Just say you are switched on at your old work at all times mate.

Anything else you need to know just ask
I forgot to mention facts about waverley, you could bring up the tractions we operate which are:- Class 158, 156 these are the sprinters prob worth googling them up! Class 170 Turbostar. Those are the diesels and Class 380 electrical unit or EMU.

Edinburgh Waverley has platforms 1-20 and numbered in a clockwise direction.
Through platforms are 1,2,7,8,9,10,11,19,20 rest are buffer ends!

Could also mention if in an emergency and you want other trains stopped because of a line being blocked you would hit the red button on the GSMR radio these are the new radios that are being fitted or the old radio called the NRN and you would pressed the red E for 2 seconds and you would then iniatiate the emergency call
Hi mate when is your interview? What you have learn't so far about waverley is enough! There not looking for you to know everything, just mention those facts and you will be fine. Even saying you visited waverley station is enough for them ;) I didn't get asked one thing about the company (first group) which i was surprised and glad lol but do your homework you may well get grilled on this. Just prepare much as you can mate. Driver manager will be david cambell this will be the man that will interview you.
