My interview was over an hour. Interview was 10:00 and I came out at 11:10. May have been a couple of mins late being called in to interview. I've got the opposite problem, I probably elaborate too much when explaining things (wittering on I mean!!)! Lol. Yeah, let me know please, I'll do same! Did they say they'd let us know 'within a month' to you too?? I think you'll do well too, especially with your 'dealing with lots of conflict' background. I hope you are successful. Yeah they said about training being residential, and starting in November (if successful) also asked if i had any hols booked and asked me if I could provide references if successful and If I would consent to drugs and alcohol test. Asked me if there were more suitable applicants than jobs, would I be prepared to go on the hold list. I think they are all questions that they ask everyone, I wish there was some clue as to how I've done though!!
I am so flipping nervous. I'm sure I'll just sit and shake! Lol I passed too! I'm made up and amazed. I've been grinning like a Cheshire Cat since they told me 
I thought it would be a lot more intense, thought they'd both weigh in and start shouting at me! Lol. Think positive, fingers crossed eh?! What do you think the dress code will be considering it's an assessment? Smart casual? Smart?
