I have an assessment for a csa job role with the Tfl on Thursday and was hoping if you could offer me any advice.
I have had an assessment already however I failed the role play exercise. My question was to redirect a customer from Acton Town to Kings Cross and then back to Acton Town, however I had to direct the customer to a station that her friend who was in a wheelchair could get off the tube herself. I was hoping you could help answer this question so I know where I went wrong.
Also if you have any tips for me with other role play situations and the assessment day in general.
