Yeah I seen that but I think he is an internal applicant so that may be why he has had an interview? Hopefully they are still shortlisting for external candidates.

You to brother, did you read the above answer to yours?? that guy said he had already had a interview? But I rang them just before I posted that message and the lady said shortlisting is still taking place and we should hear within a week or two don't quite know what to belive......
