Hi - Same thing happened to me today and I just wondered how your case ended up ?

Hi- I think I am in the same boat as you, as my details were also taken at Essex Road. I have received two letters from FCC, the first asking for my version of events and the second informing me that following review of my case they will be proceeding with a court case. Have you had something similar?
