Just wondering how you've got on with the customer service test for guard? or has it not been 6 mo ths yet?
I too failed on that test and have to wait 6 moths (should be march i do it again)
Theres meant to be no right or wrong anwser but there must be if they fail you. I thought I'd done well but I though swt wanted me to go out of my way, in other words pull my pants down for the customer. Hope im lucky next time!
