    hi dan,

    congrats on getting into the talent pool, i have my dmi coming up for the Plymouth depot. how was the dmi was it much the same as talked about on this forum and was there anything that surprised you ?

    Hi, thank you. The forum really helped, so just use the advice on here. The competency questions were very similar to the MMI. Just find as much info out about GWR as you can, as well as the depot. I know nothing about the Plymouth depot so can’t really comment on that area. I think I impressed them with my knowledge of the company as I managed to give facts about them that they were unaware of themselves. Good luck!
