  • Hi JRamn, my key tip would be to think about what behaviors they may be looking for to demonstrate the competencies they are testing at the interview. Once you have a view on what you think 'good' looks like in each area, think of examples that you have been involved in that show that 'good' behavior / attitude. For the test element - remember to focus on the important information rather than try and mention everything that you hear. Good Luck

    Well done on getting to the AC2. The best advise I can give is to have at least two examples prepared for each of the competencies, I had them noted down as bullet points in the STAR format and the interviewers where fine with me referring briefly to my notes. Take your time before answering (take a sip of water). There really wasn't any trick questions and they stuck to what is mentioned in the pre read material. There are some general introduction questions about work history and what brought you to apply for The role. Best of luck and hopefully we will see another positive result on here soon.
