Quite a climb out of Totnes. Maybe at this stage discretion was the better part of valour. At least there there is an opportunity for things to get past.

111 is what I'm proclaiming as the most reliable unit.
I suspect the reason as to why is because 111 was kept at Longsight in the past few months of it's TfW life and also kept there in a good state once it left.
It didn't spend too long at Ely either leading to what I suspect is minimal damage to any electronics in comparison to every other unit in the fleet.
I could be completely wrong about that and spitting lies as I type this but it's the thought that counts, right?

I’d totally agree. I’ve been down in Dawlish since Saturday and it’s managed a return trip from Penzance to Exeter every day since and hasn’t failed once - hence why I was surprised to see it lost 43 minutes at Par!Points failure.

I'd like to see 175004 come out of Exeter. Exeter keep the 150s on the road and they did a good job with the 143s.
A run out to Goodrington sidings and maybe Exmouth Junction east siding. That would complete the tour. Keep the 175s off the Axminster diagram in the short term.

RTT is not a reliable source for train attachments - when a set swap happens RTT normally assumes that both units are running the service (this is why we get the odd RTT train formed of an 18 car class 80X!)

I wonder if they will chance a 175 for the dignitaries at Okehampton. The last time the dignitaries were out in Bristol they took no chances and used a Pacer. Perhaps they will all come by car to test the car park.
At interchange stations do users have to pay to use the car parks? I have just seen a new video showing them. Wonder what the cost is per day??

Quite, the 1115 off Exeter St Davids to Paddington on Monday 27 /7/26 was showing as 14 cars, of course in reality the 9 car set that turned up failed for? after we'd all boarded, and was detrained until a terminating 5 car was finally commandeered to work forward absolutely rammed.

It doesn`t have to be a engine fault to shut it down, there can be a few factors to throw the toys out of the pram

175101 still in the sidings in Par after terminating there on 2E28 yesterday evening. Not sure why though.
175114 reinstated the service from Plymouth up to Exeter as 2Z28.
I believe 175007 also failed in Par yesterday, as it went back to Laira instead of completing the Newquay diagram.

Only seems 4 about today; one doing the Paignton training run. 175111 picking up a diagram late?? Newquay all 150.

I'd expect that for at least the rest of the week to get the 150s (perceived as more reliable) onto the Newquay line for Boardmasters
