The fact is, I've showed my staff ID on the tram before and it's been accepted no problem. So isn't that a transparency issues among inspectors?

The thing is, I actually had the rail staff travel card in my backpack the whole time. I was under so much stress and anxiety the whole time that it was easier for me to say I didn't have it. The guy was pretty ruthless. He asked me what other passes I had. I said I didn't have any others.
